  We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

  You may inquire into the status of any existing order by calling customer service at 1.800.603.2698 or you may e-mail us at Florist@bloomblooms.com. Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

    «  Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada  »

  In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (12 noon on Saturday). Orders received after that time may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery during peak floral delivery periods including Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery to the Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and other Remote Rural Areas
  • Occasionally orders are placed for delivery to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and other Remote Rural Areas. In these cases, we are unable to provide regular delivery services - even if our order form initially issues an order number. We can, however arrange for the delivery, but the cost may be higher.
  • There is an additional delivery fee. This fee is always determined on a case-by-case basis, and is used to cover delivery costs or priority courier service.
  • These charges will be personally communicated to you prior to delivery (via e-mail or a telephone call), at which time you will have the complete freedom to cancel your order at your convienience.
  Please note all orders are handled personally by a experienced BloomBlooms.com representative, with two goals in mind:

       #1) To provide the best level of personal service to you, our customers, and
       #2) To arrange successful and timely delivery.

    «  Floral Order Delivery Times  »

  Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they cannot be guaranteed.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to:
  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
  • Call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.
  If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.

    «  Gift Items Shipped Directly  »

  Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

    «  International Floral Deliveries  »

  Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. Next business day delivery is available to most areas for orders received by 12 noon CST. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received two business days in advance.

    «  Holiday Delivery Information  »

  Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot offer our same-day delivery service during the following major floral holiday periods: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day.
